Meet The Owner – Rob Wallace
Rob formed Harbour Project Management in 2020 with the aim of bringing together his expertise in Project Management with his specialist knowledge and passion for heat networks and the decarbonisation of the built environment.
Rob spent much of his career working at senior level for some of the UK’s largest Project Management consultancies. Over a 25-year period he has delivered numerous complex construction and infrastructure projects and programmes in the UK and abroad.
Rob’s passion to find practical ways to reduce carbon emissions began at school and led to a degree and master’s degree focused on sustainability. This led him to increasingly specialise in heat networks and building decarbonisation as a professional Project Manager.
Rob’s is 100% focused on heat networks based on his firm belief that they can make a significant impact on carbon emissions, reduce our reliance on fossil fuels, create new jobs and long term economic benefits, and help alleviative fuel poverty.
