Meet The Owner – Rob Wallace
Rob formed Harbour Project Management in 2020 with the aim of bringing together his expertise in Project Management with his specialist knowledge and passion for heat networks and building decarbonisation.
Rob has worked at senior level for some of the UK’s largest Project Management consultancies, and over a 20-year period delivered numerous complex projects and programmes in the UK and abroad.
Rob’s passion to find practical ways to reduce carbon emissions began at school and led to a degree and master’s degree focused on sustainability. This led him to increasingly specialise in heat networks and building decarbonisation as a professional Project Manager.
Harbour Project Management was formed to allow Rob to spend 100% of his time focused on this specialist area, using is knowledge and experience to help Clients to realise their Net Zero Carbon ambitions.
